How to find skin folder in windows 10?

I want to disable lighting, they said i must go to skin folder, and make transparent stuff. How I suppose to find skin folder in windows 10?

Open your settings and scroll down until you see "open current skin folder".

You can just go to settings and search for "lighting" and disable it.
