Hello. is this possible that i can make a big cursor with big trail? Just wanted some help.

Yup, make cursormiddle.png your main cursor file (rather than cursor.png) and then add a decently small circle image named cursortrail.png. I believe you also have to make cursor.png a transparent 1x1 pixel png image.
