I just hope it would have good story. I am not very exited yet, I prefer not to watch trailers trying to avoid spoilers and its gonna be a while until I can get my hands on the game.
As long as it's better than MGS4 (Read: Not PS3 exclusive) I'll be happy.

I admit I haven't played any of the games, but I'm pretty sure when MGS4 was being made it was supposed to be the last one.
I kind of hope they start a new saga within the Metal Gear series, and let the "Solid" series end where it has.
