Move your keyboard over and rebind your keys in osu!'s settings so that your arm stays in roughly the same place?

I've moved it a bunch of times and still no difference. I have my laptop connected to my monitor and it's very close to my mouse so I don't know.THAT_otaku wrote:

Also I'm used to my regular keys so changing them wouldn't help.
Only other solution would be to increase your mouse sensitivity then i suppose, not much we can help you with in this case unfortunately
