im trying to import a .mp3 song into the edit section of osu and it says it cant move because another application is probably running it but i have nothing running in the background just osu

Well, if you have a problem like that, use http://www.emptyloop.com/unlocker/ to help you out.

Sorry for very late reply, but from what I can see in the error, I am going to guess that osu! was denied access for some reason.

Trial solution:
1. Copy the file onto your desktop.
2. Rename it music.mp3
3. Import into osu! from desktop

Not sure if this will work, but I guess it is worth a shot.
