Nortonvirus 360 kept preventing it from downloading or running.
You see I think FTB downloads the mods from the source websites.
I believe Norton views this as a "Suspicious Cloud".
Tekkit stores modpacks in its own website so Norton doesn't have any problems with it.
So yeah.
