How to change Spinner Difficult

I'm making some beatmaps, and I want to know changing Spinner Difficult that required rotation quota.
I can't find in setting everywhere, there's need to write code or something? I need help!

I'm pretty sure the only thing that effects spinner "difficulty" is the Overall Difficulty value (OD). INcreasing it will make the spinner harder, as well as some other things unrelated to spinners. Have a read of wiki/en/Beatmapping%2FOverall_difficulty#sliders-and-spinners

It works good. But also includes timing judgement is kind of problem.
There's no way just changing Spinner Difficulty without effects to timing level things?

either you change OD and change judgement timing, or you dont
