Most people use s d f [space] j k l(or some variation using the middle row and the space bar). I use z x c [space] m , . because of the way my thumb behaves and offloads strain. Other people may use the top row, and I've seen some players who don't use the space at all and instead use their pinky as the 7th finger. It's whatever feels comfortable to you!
