I think it's pretty obvious on what I am trying to describe here. This allows you to select the skin you want to use for a certain game-mode.
Examples:
osu!standard: osu!tale
osu!mania: Clearium
osu!taiko: Clearium
osu!catch: Overdrive

The option to use the same skin for all modes is allowed, since people should have a right to use any skin they want for all modes. I'll just end this thread here.
