[resolved] RTX 3070 Osu Performance Problems

I recently got an new pc (Ryzen 7 5800x, RTX 3070).
The game is lagging (Mini Lags) and the fps aren't good.

RTX 3070: 300-470/960 FPS (20% GPU)
GTX 1060 (Old GPU): 960/960 FPS (80% GPU)

Also I want to mention that I copied all beatmaps/skins from old PC to new PC (Also other files)
Maybe because of that?

I would be happy to receive an answer

Try everything from here wiki/en/Performance_Troubleshooting thats related to your issue and make sure you don't have any other applications open.
In my experience, if none of that helps, with new and powerful graphics cards like yours it could be because your gpu/gpu drivers dont get fully utilised because it doesnt think osu is worth it(because osu is so easy to run)

Fixxed. It was my NZXT Game Overlay that caused critical performance loss.
