I tried showing my friends osu!mania and he wanted to change keybinds, however when he tried to change to his usual keys for his left hand (numpad 4 and 5) they wouldn't work and came out as leftarrow key and something else I don't remember. Any reason for this? I'm just trying to help him out so he can play comfortably.

Toggle Numlock using the key for it on your keyboard
numlock sometimes disables some keys on the numpad so try toggling it
