Implement star rating refresh when enabling star altering mods

The game should have a way to update the star rating in the library menu when you enable mods like dt or hr. Currently, you need to leave the menu which erases your search result, then enter back to see the updated star ratings. Or it would be nice if all the songs rearranged as normal when you select/deselect mods.

True that would be a good QOL change/fix.

For reference, an easier solution is just to change the grouping and then change it back, for example from "No grouping" to "Collections" and then back.
