I've noticed I play a lot better with these types of skins but I've not been able to find this one or one similar and I'd really appreciate it if somebody could point me in the right direction as to where I could find one of these. Also, I have no skinning experience and I wouldn't even know where to start if I did.

closest thing i know of is bojii's old skin, circular hell, but it has different circle colors, judgements and fonts though you can change that:
