Problem details: about a few days ago i pp farmed the way i wanted to
until.. it happened that my osu kept on disconnecting at random times and it takes like 10+ mins to get out of receiving data problem,

sometimes its stuck at "connection failed, retrying in 30s" when i chat someone it also has a chance of happening,

it is fine on a private server, i decided to check osu.ppy.sh and i realize that it takes more time than usual (5min+) or sometimes it doesnt even load completely,

i tried flushing dns renewing ipconfig restarting modem and restarting my pc, nothing worked. I tried tracert irc.ppy.sh and cho.ppy.sh and there were atleast 4 timeouts iirc please help me out
(Im on phone, problem is on pc)

osu! version: Stable 20210316 (latest)

I think your connection between you and Bancho is unstable?

open cmd, type ping -n 100 irc.ppy.sh and let it end? Then see if there is any packet loss in the results.

Check your internet drivers and make sure it's updated.

Maybe

Method 1: Antiviruses or Firewall
Try checking if your antivirus isn't blocking osu! From connecting

Method 2: IP conflicts
Try turning off your router by unplugging it and wait for 5 minutes before turning it on again.

Method 3: Reset adapter
Try disabling ethernet adapter then enable it again

Method 4: DNS Cache
Try clearing DNS
Open up run (Windows logo + R)
Type cmd and press enter
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter

Method 5: Try using a VPN
You can try using a VPN?

Before you try all of that, try restarting your modem and router to see if that fixes the issue. If it does, will save some time but if not, tryinf the stuff above might help.

Nothing in this thread indicates this. The issue is also resolved, as OP said.
