This is not Ranking Criteria related, should be in feature request forum. Except this is already possible, if you want a specific duration type into the beatmap search (website, ingame song select menu):
length = {time in seconds}
"=" is replacable with <, >, <=, >=, !=
Random example: "length<= 60 length>50 length!= 55"
