Maybe make it supporter only or something but it would be cool to see other peoples scores on unranked maps too
if the maps are ranked you gain pp from them, my idea suggests all maps having a leaderboard/being loved, not being rankedSugar_owo wrote:
seems interesting but then what would be the point of having them going through the ranking process?

Having a leaderboard for a map that could be updated at any point and therefore whipe all scores seems pointless. Not to mention this is what ranked and loved exist for
Not sure about that one. Space should still fill up at same rate as now since it's not like there will be more people to make scores because of the change. I also do remem ppy saying that storage space is not a concern.- Marco - wrote:
It would also take a lot of space to store all the scores for all the unranked maps i think

just a note that updating maps will wipe your local scores/ranking as well because it's just global ranking with extra step.
If it is permanent (by this I mean maps with leaderboard will stay that way regardless of supporter) this will make the Loved section worthless as well, as mappers with supporters can just have their maps going into Graveyard but still works like any other Loved map. At this rate just label Graveyard section Loved and demolish Project Loved instead.
It's not about whether people want to see the play deleted or not (Ask anyone who frequently play Qualified maps), it's more about how practical it would be if implemented. I can already see a new mapper's map with only them on a leaderboard and nothing else but a hard truth that no one cares about their maps. Just no.
