Whaaat, there's more whistle on Hard rather than Normal D:
1. 00:34:846 (10) - I'd prefer it to be Whistle rather than Clap..
2. 02:57:419 (2,3,4,5,6) - Too loud, you might wanna think about it. something like whistle-no hitsound-whistle-no hitsound.
Also, it's kinda weird to have sudden jumps like this then a slow slider ( 02:58:322 (7) - ) appears, fix this..
3. 03:00:310 (2,3,4,5) - Don't. use a slider instead.
4. 03:09:887 - Add a break.

On Hard, there's some pattern that needs to be fixed, like the Star jumps, and too many whistles.
there's this thing that needs to be increased (Whistle on Normal.) and also, decreased. (Whistles and sudden jumps on Hard @_@)

  8. Overall Difficulty set to 6 would create a much better spread throughout the whole mapset in my opinion. Bump it down by 1 tick.

  3. 00:47:495 (1,2,3,4) - Overlapping stuff on the easiest difficulty of the mapset is never a good idea, it might be confusing for beginners.

  5. 01:23:635 (1,1,1) - Remove this new combo spam, it feels really random to me.
  6. 01:33:031 (5,6,7) - Once again, don't use overlaps on the easiest difficulty of the mapset.

Too lazy to look it up, but is (Short Ver.) part of the actual title? If not, please remove it and tag it or mention it in description.
You should change the Eventline "0,0,"BG.jpg",1,1" to "0,0,"BG.jpg",0,0" in both Diffs.
I would use Tickrate of 2 for both Diffs, it fits nicely with the calm drums.
Already told you, in Normal, the GridSnap really looks bad in some patterns, I'd recommend to turn it off and go over the whole Diff again.

00:27:979 (3,4,5) - Continue the curve from (3) by repositioning (4,5), would look better IMO.
01:03:035 (8) - Maybe delete?
01:23:635 (1,1) - That's unnecessary, put them both in one combo (Remove combo from second note).
01:34:838 - I'd not reduce the Volume here, the sudden-silent clap on 01:34:477 (7) is really irritating.
02:39:168 (1) - Remove NC.
02:50:010 - as above.

The Distancesnap on the beginning is nearly half the one you use later on, from 00:22:197 on you could mistake the snap. I'd like you to resnap the first part on something about 1,2. Alternatively, you could use a lower SV for the first part, x0,8 or x0,75 would do.

00:34:846 (10) - Remove Clap, more irritating than fitting.
01:23:996 (1) - Looks like 1/4, use some lighter SVchange, like 0,6~0,7.
I'd really recommend to go over the hitsounds in Kiai, the claps don't feel well placed.
01:49:475 (2,3) - Ctrl+g on these, then reposition them. The current rhythm is weird since of two bluetick sliders.
02:35:193 (1,2,3) - This is so weird to play, preferrably use two 1/3 Sliders with reverse here, that way all "hitable" parts of the sliders are on the regular beat.
02:39:168 (1) - As above.
02:48:022 (2,3,4) - This plays unintuitive, since first there is regular spacing before the slider and the next one has a jump. I'd reposition (2) to also be a small jump.
03:00:310 (2,3,4,5,6) - This breaks the nice flow of the map so hard and it doesn't follow the vocals jumps. Try out something like this (at least use these places for jumps):

03:05:189 (5,1) - Add a reverse on (5) with a clap or finish, let (1) start 1/4 later.

Well I usually don't really mention new combos, but this is only a Normal diff, so maybe you could try to split the 7-8 combos into 2, for example here:
00:02:681 (4) - it fits the melody anyway, so I don't think it would be a problem + there is no easy diff
00:39:544 (1) - and here it is a bit placed weirdly because as I can hear that vocal part still belongs to the previous combo, so I would probably put the nc here 00:38:098 (6) - because that syllable seems to have a little bit more emphasize in the song
and etc...
00:46:049 (1) - this is a bit too soon after the spinner in my opinion, so maybe try to make the spinner longer and remove the slider, or remove spinner completely and edit that part?

  2. To be honest, I'm really confused by the combo pattern. Sometimes an NC is applied not on the beginning of a stanza. Sometimes an NC is applied every stanza, but some other times it's applied every two stanzas. Make them consistent, seriously.
  3. Just use the usual hitsound pattern throughout the song. I don't see any reason why you should refrain from using it, especially on the verses.

01:03:396 (1) - Seeing as overall youre following so much the vocals, it seems fair to follow the vocals here too, as in add a beat at 01:03:577 - and 01:03:758 - as well
02:10:075 (4) - I suggest to take it out, this part youre following very strongly to the instruments, changing to vocals so suddenly and in this way sounds very bad imo.
02:34:831 (6,7) - I would delete (7) and move (6) to other place. Having 1/2 notes stacked before those jumps is just being mean, and this map wasnt meant to be mean to people :>
03:01:033 (6,1) - These two objects should be unstacked, as in there should be a jump between these two objects.

00:49:663 (4) - You know...this slider is a bit too hard to see because that slider with that purple combo colour blends a lot with that part of the bg and the slider borders, I would avoid putting them in that part if the bg, unless you change your sliderborder to another colour or that purple combo colour itself.
01:34:477 (7) - Same as above, although this slider gets to blend more with the bg thanks your sb.
02:52:540 (3) - Its a bit unfair placing objects outside of the grids, and even more considering that it might bug ctb (as in ryuuta cant reach that object)
