not really sure what’s considered “best” because people have opinions, but a Wacom tablet is good.

Wacom tablets without too much hardware smoothing. Tho they can be somewhat expensive

I use 472 and I can say it's very light, spinning spinners is much faster but tend to lose control due to its lightness. Wrapping tape around it will make it more heavier if you like heavier ones. Overall good tablet but might be a downside if you prefer heavier pens.
anything that has at least over 150 report rate and little to no smoothing. ex xp-pen G640 or G640S
