i mean, they are a new kind of beatmap nominators but instead of wip and pending beatmaps, they judge graveyarded beatmaps, maps with potential will then queue to modders (if they want to mod it) these maps will be named "resurrecting/reviving" or something like that, i dont know how will this work though, but i think it is a cool concept for good graveyard maps out there that are overlooked and maybe in the future a chance to get ranked

This kind of ruins the point of the graveyard though and doesn't make much sense. If a map is in the graveyard, most of the time this shows the mapper isn't willing to work on it further/push it for ranked/isn't rankable/etc.

Assuming said map is already rankable, all the mapper has to do is update it and then push for it to be ranked (follow the ranking proccess) If example map is not rankable, then there's no chance and they need to work on it further, which is probably why it's in the graveyard in the first place.

Majority of the time people won't abandon "good" or "rankable" maps for no reason

Most good graveyard maps should become loved eventually anyways, assuming the community likes them.
