Look for "skin.ini" in your custom skin folder, open it with Notepad and change the value of the "Name:" line (under the [General] section).
I'm pretty sure he asked about main-menu background ("title.png" long time ago in data folder).
You need to be osu! supporter to be able to change menu-background.
After getting supporter tag simply click and drag selected picture into osu! main-menu window or just add "menu-background.jpg" to your skin.
