I know that it has been asked before but this extends on the question what programming language is osu! coded in. What I want to ask is what type of project is it, eg winforms, WPF,console app, blank app. Thanks
Well you have the programming language it is written in the title. As for what type of project, the stuff you listed are just templates. Think of those as things the IDE sets the project up for. Any of those can be done from an empty project. So that question is irrelevant.
Perhaps explaining what you want to achieve may help understand what the actual question should be.
