hello, im currently working on a gimmicky aspire-like taiko map of the song tempestissimo from arcaea, and im wondering if theres a way to make the scrollbar reverse like the original arcaea chart does. whether it be through SV manipulation or storyboarding techniques, or some other tinkering.

i dont post to forums anymore bc im embarrassed of the cringy shit my 12yo self said. if youre seeing this, im sincerely sorry for the braincell damage.

Not that I've played alot of taiko aspire maps, but I've never seen backwards scroll, nor does it logically sound possible. To storyboard it you'd probably have to use fake notes going backwards (as well as the whole taiko interface), like they did in a part of This Map

yes. trying to use 0, infinite or even negative bpms and NaN SVs to reach this effect will mostly make the map keep loading forever.
however, it is possible to do some cool taiko storyboarding stuff, as seen by this map
