is that the term? lol

adjustable, meaning you can adjust on what specific time you want it to appear.

edit: and for how long, we cant put 0 or disable it though because its pretty cool.

BATs can in fact change when the title appears. This happens in LuigiHann's Capcom - Mega Man 2 Intro map.

Duration? I'm not sure though.

Duration can't currently be edited. The time (in milliseconds) when the first line appears can be specified, as can the delay time between lines.

i know that bats can change them (as if i am not a bat before lol), but what about the users?

i dont really care about the duration anyways.

I think it's BAT-only because it's edited server-side, it isn't read from the map itself. Just let one of us know if you want anything adjusted, I'm always happy to do it.
