Hello everybody! I am fairly new to osu! as I started late december of last year, I'm confused and feeling bad because I just started playing 4* maps and I feel as if i'm behind. my acc isnt' good and I suck at bursts and spaced streams. I have skill waves as I get to a peak then start dipping under again, I just need reassurance and advice, Thanks!

you're not behind, everyone improves at their own rate

Don't worry too much, everyone gets better at their own speed 
(Also if it helps, you're doing better than me - 1day 16 hrs playtime and I mostly play around 3.5 stars)
If you do want something to help a little with your acc, I reccomend playing some low-mid 3* jump maps, then if/when they're too easy, do them with HR/scale up the diff a little. It should help you get used to clicking the circles quicker and more accurately.
(Please note I'm saying this from personal experience so I have no idea if this is the case for everyone, but it helped for me
