I usually play FI because I got used to it. 70% lane cover messes me up frequently, is there any way to keep it to a constant 25% or 50%?

But yeah, no. There's no setting that allows you to set a constant top lane cover. It's possible to create skins that cover up notes to create fake vision mods, but I can't tell you how it works.
