Problems on slider and Timing

About 2 weeks ago,I was making a map.
And I could use short slider.

But after osu updated.
I found that I can't make short slider.

And about timing,I was could stack some near.

But I don't know why I can't do it now.
I only can make circles or slider on a constant pitch.

Why ?
My problems?
Or I forget to setting something?

Check your beat snap divisor (top right corner in editor) and adjust that to 1/4 or smaller. That should be your problem.
