How to help lower my UR

Hello, so despite not being good and all, I've been fairly drawn toward acc stuff, recently, it's kinda fun, but everytime I set a play, and take a look at my UR, it's high as hell, I don't think I've ever reached 2 digit UR. Recently I had a cool 1:9 SS on a chordjack map, which obviously is easier to acc than other patterns, and even that still was at 102 UR.


So yeah, is there anything I could do that'd help be better on that ? Or is it just Play More™ ?

chordjacks are always a good choice to work on tightening your timings. OD 10 + hardrock should give some really tight timing windows which can be helpful for correcting smaller mistakes in timing. ultimately its just practice through repetition.

truth be told, my real advice is to play etterna or quaver- they're better games and have much better options for training accuracy

partially agree with this but if you never pushed acc before than od10 on hr is probably a tad too much to begin with

give a try to od6 + hr, which is pretty similar to j6 on stepmania

he said hes pulling 10:1 MA on chordjacks, he can probably handle 11ms marv windows. and a 100UR is just within an 11ms window on average.

Thanks for the advices !

And to be clear, I don't know if that score is something I could pull off regularly at all lol, it was by far a PB on https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/1014998#mania/2124253. It's just the one that made me think oh I'd like to improve my acc.

I'll try the different ODs with HR, thanks.

keep pushing your overall skills too and acc will come along with it. im considered insanely bad at acc for my rank but i still have 2 digit UR scores sometimes on low stars.... sometimes
