Beatmap uploads with no sound?

I uploaded this beatmap, but I've had two different people tell me that when they download it they have no sound. I tried both a regular and a full reupload, but the problem persists.

What could be the problem? D:

Inside the osz are just the .osu files, there's no mp3 included.
If you can play the beatmap fine, try this:

- Check if there are any foreign or unknown characters in the mp3's filename.
- Try Full Submission again.

The .mp3 filename is "Climax Jump (Hip Hop Re-Mix).mp3" Does it not like parenthesis or dashes? Also, how can I fix that? If I change the .mp3 filename then I don't get any sound, either! D:

Full resubmission, or judging by your reported file size, you might want to recompress your mp3 and then full resubmit

I already tried a full resubmission and it didn't make any difference. And the filesize is likely due to the video. The .mp3 is only 4.4MB, taken straight from the series OST.

EDIT: I'm running another full upload now just to see.

If the video is that big, compress it and resubmit

Your map MUST be <20 MB to be ranked

...Huh. Somehow I completely missed that rule. And somehow, I completely forgot to compress the video in VirtualDub (Premiere Pro compressed it itself once, but crappily). Anyway, the whole thing is now ~18MB and I just did another full re-upload. Hopefully it'll work this time!
