It's something that exists in the "Convert slider to stream" window:
So why not add it to the "Create polygon circles" window?

I also noticed the polygon title is capped compared to the slider to stream title. Maybe even both have three dots at the end.
The convert slider to stream tool could also use a shortcut if that's necessary.
