Can add hidden 300 and transparent function?

Those things are already possible if you skin them (except adjusting the opacity of sliders). Search in the Skinning forums for a skin you want, or read the skinning tutorial to make a skin how you like it.

(You can create a skin that uses the default one as a base, and only modify what you want).

Pretty much. Just make them transparent, or download a skin with already transparent 300 hitbursts.
