how do i get a video for my beatmap. Ive added the mp4 file and went to design and did the whole Background Image/Video thing but the video wont load

PS. Videos can look bad in editor when you rewind.
Another person here with this exact problem, using the show video did not work for me. Are there any specifics that will make the image / video work that someone could explain or link?
Edit: I put the mp4 inside of the beatmap file, choose it from outside instead and let it do its work. If you get a not comptable thing, make it 800 wide and in png, jpg, or mp4 format
