Another person here with this exact problem, using the show video did not work for me. Are there any specifics that will make the image / video work that someone could explain or link?
Edit: I put the mp4 inside of the beatmap file, choose it from outside instead and let it do its work. If you get a not comptable thing, make it 800 wide and in png, jpg, or mp4 format
