What a cute little song.

Easy:
1:13:182 - You may want to avoid putting a note on the end of a slider in an easy difficulty. It can be very disorienting for people who aren't used to it.

Normal:
0:54:263 - I find myself really wanting to hit this note a half beat after the slider rather than a whole beat. Same with the one at 0:57:065. I don't know if that's a legitimate rhythm issue or just me being a spazz, but I think it's because the music is stronger on its 2's and 4's than its 1's and 3's, during that part. Probably also because that's how the slider at 0:33:066 was timed.
1:11:080 - This part of the combo feels a bit awkward because slider three bounces you away from the next one, where all the previous combos have flowed smoothly.
1:21:766 - Likewise, the order and position of this combo feels awfully counterintuitive for a normal difficulty.

Hard:
1:13:708 - The triples here and at 1:15:810 feel artificial to me; like they don't really evolve naturally from the music.

I think that's all I can crticize.

Thanks! I changed some Stuff again. But i dont know about the spacing you said in the beginning. I left it as it is but if it is really such a problem ill change it later :(

01:15:81 (6,7) - Optional, but perhaps stack this to where (3) was?

About spacing, maybe you could shorten the biggest jumps a little 'cause I got a bit confused after some jumps and then pressed too early the next circles :S

-01:22:467 (2.3) Suggestion: Shorten these sliders by 2 ticks and put circles to the ends of the sliders. Your sliders here sounds okay and I'm not sure if mine sounds better or not, but try it out

I think this difficulty is a bit hard because the slider velocity is just as fast as in hard and many patterns overlap wich could be hard for nubs. Think about it.
[NOTE] If you lower the slider velocity you may have to remap easy because everything is messed up right right after you've lowered it. Save before you tweak on it. You can change it @ the timing tab
00:33:59 ~ 00:36:044 - this would sound better with soft hitsounds

Yes the spacing gets out of control at the end :) . I made it a bit easier

Thanks everyone :)

I applied most of! Good advice! ... But some stuff im not sure about

The ending part at easy. I think i put one more clap there instead of a lot of finish and whistles.
And the 2 long sliders at easy sound not so well to me with the hitsounds suggested. I changed the second slider there and added a circle, maybe its better now.
The beginning part of easy is very silent but i still could hear the sound. I still changed it as wanted :)

Hit sounds are fine but could be better. Look at ignore's Insane: many hit sounds are used to accent parts of the song.
Soft whistle gets old after a while. For example, 00:53:20 (1,2,3) (and the patterns like this) works well with Finish instead. 01:46:10 (2,3,4,5,1) could all have Finishes (or maybe not (1)), and parts like it like 02:22:54 (1,2,3,4,5). 01:49:26 (1) - This combo could have a different hit sound style than the part before and after. 01:54:86 (1) too, etc.
Disclaimer: My skin has sucky clap sounds so I may be missing those. =X

I'm not a fan of those spinners. They are short and interrupt the gameplay. They're pretty much "passable" (Auto 2000) ninja spinners. Most can be replaced by a slider or a short break.

01:24:20 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - Inconsistent spacing.
01:56:96 (1,2) - Would look better perpendicular to 01:56:09 (4).
02:28:15 (4,1) - Stack.

the hitsound are ok i think. i add alot of extra hitsound to ignore's difficulty because it had almost none. its hard to add sounds to it because the difficulty is alot different mapped than my style of mapping. im not going to add finish sounds on my hard it does not fit the music

thanks for looking i only changed a few things ! i will ask ignorethis for the slider section you dont like - i can play it without problems but i think circle pattern will fit better here, but if he doesnt want to change i will not change aswell
