I need help, skin doesn't work

Hello, I need a little help. I downloaded skin and it didn't change what it should. I tried to reinstall osu! and it didn't help. When i sent link to the cousin he downloaded it and it is working him well. I download skin from there:

Some of the SD files are missing so the skin isn't working properly on your resoulution.

Try using the following program on the skin and it should fix everything:
