I don't know how to make the spacing even between each circle in a stream. Up until now, I've just been doing it by hand and as expected, the spacing is off. I'm wondering if there is a function in the editor that helps with evenly spacing. If anyone can help me with this, I'll greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Use distance snap.
Use a slider to shape your stream pattern
than select the slider and press Ctrl+Shift+F and this tab should appear allowing u to covert the slider into streams
