You know the white lines, how do you remove them to make the picture fade or scale in smoother.

How do you take off the end points like this?

Choose the effect hat you want to remove and then click the minus. The editor can be awkward about what's actually deleted, so you might have to delete the first white line (keyframe), thus deleting the entire effect, so that you can redo the effect.
