try taking some screenshots so we can see how the skin looks, before we download it.

selection-options.png and selection-selectoptions-over.png are really hard to read. Almost every other element could be worked a bit better -- Seems you just got some renders and added a simple background and/or text with Photoshop/The GIMP as is.
Now the stuff that need more work so it gets real good (you already had a good idea for the skin -- I wish there were skin for all of the OS-tans)
Ranking-everything.png - Add some treatment to the text. Even an outer glow or a better font could do.
selection-everything.png - Main victim of the issue pointed out above (renders + simple background + simple text) -- Just work out something for those.
Oh, and also make a non-widescreen version, pretty please. Most people play 4:3.

I don't want to sound mean or anything, but you should learn how to crop images.
For example, the borders on these images are not acceptable:
Photoshop has great tools to delete these ugly borders, read some tutorials and give it a try.
You should also improve readability. I tried your skin in-game and it is sometimes hardly readable, like here:
This is because of the (quite useless imo) coloured circles around the hit circle overlays and the fully opaque hitXXX. You should improve these elements to make them more readable.
And please, take some screenshots and post them here. It's not complicated (theowest said it all). People won't download your skin if there aren't any.
