Not bad at first glance. I'm not experienced in critiquing skins, but I have some criticisms.

The Animation for the back button is a bit large for the beatmap selection screen and covers your personal best. The completion screen, while overall great from what I see, is a little low-res/blurry with the grade letters. Lastly, the mode's a little broken, as the icon for the mode overlaps with the "mode" text.

What I really like are the pause and fail menus. Lots of potential here from what I see personally.
