Hello, I've been playing osu for around 6 months and I'm currently doing 5* maps going into 6*s but there's been one thing dragging me down. My streaming, I'm really good at jumps, and everything like that but I can't stream as good as people in my rank... For the past 2 weeks, I've held back on moving into 6*s until I'm able to stream faster and even with daily practice in streaming for 30 minutes or so, nothing works. My main problem with streaming is my stamina, I can't keep a consistent 300 chain in streams of 150 or higher. I've farmed this 5* map lately beatmapsets/188799#osu/454839 and even with 120 plays on it, I still don't feel like I'm making much progress (I can get around 1/3 into this map then fail on the easy 5*) Please send me tips on how to work on my streams and stream practice if you can :). Thank you.

the story of every single 6 digit who started playing in 2020 lol. Just work on bursts/shorter streams and keep playing those at varying bpms untill you are proficient and you can move onto longer streams/death streams. Almost has some good forum posts about streaming such as community/forums/topics/1200855

Most 6-digit ever always have a mindset of: "Oh I want to get better at streams so I have to play stream maps".

No it's not. That's like attempting to participate an F1-tier racing without even knowing the basis of driving. Try to go back to 3-4*, practice 3 and/or 5-note burst first to develop finger control and then slowly expand, from 3-5 to 7-8, then 16-32 and finally deathstreams.

Also, see what bpm you are comfortable with doing 5 bursts. When i first started learning how to stream, i couldnt burst 120 bpm (i know fucking sad), but after practicing for a long time, i can comfortably burst 190 bpm, and even do 200 bpm bursts (with some decrease in acc)

Building stamina requires an immense amount of time unless you're a gifted 3 year old kid.

Play more and train more everyday. Considering that you'll be building stamina, this will take awhile and you'll find improvements depending on who you are (everyone is different). Obviously you can't rush this process and it'll take maybe a couple months up to a year to notice the changes.
