i read quora and it says that the clan plan to overthrow the village but if its only takes itachi and maybe madara/masked guy (im not saying his name for spoiler sake just in case) to wipe out the clan so why worried so much?...but why it's necessary to kill all of them even children? baby? newborn?

bassicaly there was tension between them and they didint want another war happening,and if the newborn,children,and babies arent killed,then they might grow up to be hateful towards the village,like sauskae and try to slaughter everyone using their powerful eyes
