-> .mp3 file is still 320kbps, it could be reduced to 192kbps easily using Audacity/FormatFactory/other similar programs though working
-> The diff spread here (E (I) I (I) I) is *somewhat* unpleasant to look (although they play as the diff name suggests) - imo it would be better to made Normal a bit harder somehow though (not making Hard easier) - I'll see if I can help with this one... its pretty ok actually there's not a lot of streams on hard which support it as easier hard and easier normal, i dont think my insane is too crazy hm

-> Regarding the issue above, +1 to all difficulty settings except circle size? ok[Hard]
- 00:03:813 (1) - It'll be MUCH better (and innovative) if you placed this on the SB's ripple though, as following:
You can simply drag the previous 00:00:886 (1,2,3,4) to ~x:25 y:141, but you can form a new pattern as well~ current is ok imo- 00:07:472 (2) - I much prefer if you keep using 1/1s here instead of repeating 3/2, 3/2s works well on downbeats such as 00:09:667 (1) but not here ._. fixed
- 00:15:155 (4) - Symmetry issue, should be easy to fix though:
205,326,15155,2,0,P|262:343|308:328,1,110,2|0,0:0|0:0,0:0:0:0:fix- 00:18:447 (1,2) - The gap between these two sounds awkward imo, I'd continue with the synth's rhythm like this though:
ok- 00:22:838 (1) - The song continues here, add note and start spinner 1/2 after perhaps? no
- 00:29:240 (6) - Alter to circle + 1/1 slider? This should help as the whistle supposed to land at 00:29:423 anyway i'm following "setsu" vocal here
- 00:31:984 (3) - Whistle on slider's end? Would be more harmonious with 00:30:155 (1)'s whistle though :3 ah ok
- 00:48:265 (2) - Move the whistle on slider's start to the slider's end here? The song's emphasize is on the slider's repeat and end actually (not start) ok
- 00:54:118 (2) - Use slider wave instead here? Then
- 00:55:765 (4) - Would be much more structured here if you can encircle the previous (1) somehow using this, for example
ok- 01:02:350 (1,2,3,1,2) - I know your intention for a pentagon here, try this for a neater one though: (shouldn't hurt at all to fix because next note is a spinner)
316,208,62350,6,0,P|356:288|448:300,1,165,4|4,0:0|0:0,0:0:0:0:thanks ;w;

changed- 01:19:911 (1) - Clap on slider's end? (I know it doesn't follow the 2/1 clapping pattern but it sounded good here, really xD) ok owo
- 01:25:765 (1) - Use a horizontal slider here instead? It'll give a better structure to your previous and following (2) imo... no, this slider copied from 01:27:228 (3) so it should be ok
- 01:27:228 (3) - Then if you do above, you can make this encircling the pink (1) without worry~
- 01:32:899 (3,4) - I think for the ending it'll be best if you placed (3,4) symmetrically like this though, it's very much possible due to your 1.0x dist. snap:
[Lunatic]
- 00:02:899 (x) - Add note here? There's a guitar sound here actually, plus a 3/2 delay sounds awkward here compared with 1/1 orz ok
- 00:08:204 (4,5,6) - Would be nice if you can select these three and drag them to ~x:262 y:296 so (3,5,6) is placed in a straight line here~ ah ok xD
- 00:14:057 (4) - Considering you wanted a jump here, would be better if you NC them here I think (downbeat) then
- 00:14:606 (5,1,2,3) - Create an accelerated spacing here, for example:
somehow fixed- 00:18:447 (5) - It's clearly placed lower than 00:17:350 (3), is it intentional? no :3
- 00:24:301 (1,2) - Move this to ~x:326 y:87 to avoid overlap with 00:23:021 (5)'s body? nah i'll keep current =w=
- 00:27:228 (1,2,3,4) - Err, I experimented around and got this: (btw considering (1)'s shape, if you don't want to change it would be better to put (2) slightly higher (not lower) compared to (1)'s end though)
ok- 00:33:082 (1) - Whistle on slider's start for the vocals here? Obvious enough I guess
- 00:33:082 (1,2,3,4,5) - I don't really like how these five looks VERY unpatterned (they're not even an arc, just looks like being randomly placed ._.) - use a pentagon or this instead perhaps?
somehow changed- 00:38:752 (7) - For aesthetics here, move this to ~x:256 y:344 WITHOUT distance snap on? (it won't even be hard to catch but beautifies this part xD)wew changed ww
- 00:41:496 (6) - I highly recommend to put this lower here (~x:313 y:364) so that the slider's body will be encircled by (5)'s path~ ok
- 00:46:069 (4,5,6,7) - For structure, create a symmetry here? Again, these pseudo-hexagon looks better than your current one which looks like a bit randomly placed:
ok- 00:52:289 (x) - Again I would recommend to add note here so the gap will become 1/1 orz ok
- 00:59:240 (5,1,2) - I don't really like how these three is a jump but (2,3) is given a sudden anti-jump, I highly recommend to put a jump ONLY on (5,1) as the new combo will help anyway:
made 1.80 jump at 5,1,2- 01:05:826 (1) - An awkward place for spinner imo (as the vocal goes on here), add note here stacked under (6) and start spinner 1/2 after? i'm following "kureta ne" at here
- 01:09:484 (3,4) - You can try a slight manual stack here, but it's optional (: stacked
- 01:15:521 (4,5) - You can achieve symmetry by using a tilted slider wave like this here actually, might be worth trying:
somehow fixed- 01:19:911 (1) - Actually considering this slider's shape I'd put this slightly lower (not on the same height) with (7) to achieve more natural flow :3 somehow fixed o-o;
- 01:25:216 (6,1) - Try a small fancy jump like this? xD
uhh =w=;; i'll keep current but something changed there- 01:28:508 (7) - Would be better to move this a tiny bit to the bottom left without dist. snap (~x:13 y:171) to avoid overlap with (6), and yep if you do so it won't be hard to catch~ ok
- 01:33:630 (3,4,1) - I'd new combo all here personally if you want to keep this, or you could use a manual stack like this with this combo sequence... Yep, I personally think that new combo on (1) currently looks very weird ._.
SPOILER
the lyric "tsutawaru ka" is still continuing from 01:33:630 (3) - (4) while "na" and it the end part of the map so I decided to made the nc here01:34:362 rather than 01:33:630A great improvement from your last map (BURTON) I see, some notes and whistles placement could be made better though I think...
- 00:05:277 (1) - Umm, do you really need whistle on all three here... I'd use whistle on slider's start - no hitsound on slider's repeat - custom whistle on slider's end here to make it fit the drums better (: ok
- 00:10:216 (2) - Would be better here if you turn off distance snap here and move it to ~x:454 y:87 for perfect encircle (rather than forcing dist. snap~) ok
- 00:10:765 (3,4,1) - Err, why don't you just simply do a center-oriented symmetry here, flows much better though imo o.o
ok- 00:20:643 (1,2,3,4) - I highly recommend to use a jump here before spinner though as they'll deliver a better feel, for example:
(that (2)'s repeat is stacked to 00:18:630 (1) btw)
somehow fixed- 00:21:466 (1) - Drum sampleset here on the spinner? It fits the drum sequence though drum whistle
- 00:24:301 (3) - Umm, why not NC here instead? The vocals obviously started here (downbeat) anyway xD ok
- 00:27:777 (2) - Would be better imo if you can make this horizontal instead, then
- 00:28:691 (3,4,5) - Instead of straight lines, add some radial curve like this:
yes- 00:32:350 (6,7,8,9,1) - Same problem as Normal here, the pentagon is obviously uneven - this one should be easier to fix though, just apply this code to (7,8) :
216,232,32533,1,0,0:0:0:0:ok
153,188,32716,1,0,0:0:0:0:- 00:33:813 (3,4) - If you can stack these two it'll look less forced though, due to the lack of space you have here currently:
yeah, stacked- 00:38:935 (1,2) - Add whistle on (1)'s end and (2)? I'm quite sad you stopped the previous whistle ordering here ._. ok
- 00:40:216 (3,4,5,6,7) - Again here, these five REALLY looks like they're being placed randomly - an arc won't be hard though (:
lowed 4's a bit- 00:53:386 (7,8,1) - These are overlapping (6) in play mode due to stacking's nature though, consider this manual stack?
great idea, ok!- 01:02:899 (2,3,4) - Select these three and drag to ~x:226 y:166? Would be better imo if there are a tiny space between (1) and (2) here... i'll keep current, i want to hide 01:02:899 (2)'s slider tick behind previous slider's head owo
- 01:10:582 (1,2) - Err, what rhythm is this o.o - I suppose (1) should end 1/4 earlier here though its a rhythm of my love~ no, ok changed
- 01:19:454 (7) - The vocals landed on (6)'s end here actually, so move the whistle there? ah ok xD
- 01:19:911 (1,2) - I think the square you're planning on (2,3,4,1) would be much better if the previous notes are made tidier like this though:
i'll keep current, 2's slider head is more far than the tail from previous slider is a bit fun, 3 and 4 circle is triangle pattern from previous slider tail while i'll keep 4 there because of 01:21:557 this slider to make a symmetry between previous circle and this slider body.. err =_=;- 01:27:960 (7,8,9,10) - Umm, stacking these could break combo easily though, I think (10) would play better if not stacked though~
guehehehe that's my plan to make combo break hahauehuaheuaheuaueha-- unstacked
Good luck with this mapset (:

Hello!
[General][Normal]
- As Niva said your mp3 is unrankable. Well.. I've encoded it for you, just in case if you need it. Here's the link
thank you- Song is short, so I've expected to see Easy/Normal/Hard/Insane/Lunatic mapset. But it's ok to ignore it - if you're lazy.
i'm too lazy! _(;9rz- Have you missed Imperishable Night in tags? (thanks to BCI for pointing that out)
fixd- Consider increasing volume of hitsounds, it is hard to hear them in some parts.
hmm, let's see..
[Hard]
- This is the easiest diff, so try to reduce your diff settings a bit. How about AR4 and HP/OD3? Remember, if you have no [Easy] diff, try to make [Normal] a bit easier!
the diff is easy btw (look at the star rate) so no need to decrease them oxo- 00:08:204 (3,1) - nazi - this pattern looks a little bit messy, not a big deal, but can you fix it a bit?
great idea, ok- 00:16:984 - why have you ignored that piano beat here and 00:17:716 - here? It feels quite weird to play it :< Consider placing some notes here
added~- 00:26:679 - somehow I love that double notes you have at 00:27:045 (3,4) - so try to do the same here? Circe at 00:26:679 - will make rrhythm more enjoyable and consistent, what's more it sounds much better to me.
Note: same for 00:28:691 - 00:38:386 - 00:54:118 (2) - 00:59:057 - 01:33:082 - those bats really need an object!
great idea, added circles/1/2slider except for 00:54:118 (2) because i want to follow the music here and 01:33:082, added circle on 01:33:730 here tough- 00:44:789 (3) - i guess you've missed a New Combo here. It looks like this combo is too long and it doesn't fit here well. Try to place NC at 00:44:789 (3) - to keep consistency
how can i forget this lol- 00:48:082 and 00:49:179 - those beats feel weird during testplay. Why? Because you have similar slider at 00:46:069 (6) - and it has some circles. That's why I want you to place circles at 00:48:082 and 00:49:179
ok
Note: 00:54:118 (2) - same here
no, reason as mentioned on 00:26:679 issue- 01:32:533 (2,3,4) - try to avoid patterns like this one. This is the easiest diff and beginners my *may right? misunderstand this pattern!
fixed- 01:34:545 - here, you finish your kiai. But it looks abit weird because slider ends 1/2 earlier. You have two options:
1)End slider at 01:34:545 - to synchronize kiai and slider
2)Or you can finish your kiai at 01:34:362 (for all diffs) to make kiai follow music and your patterns. (recommended)
did the 2nd one :3[Lunatic]
- Your OD/HP are too low. Try to increase the by one tick to keep diff settings more balanced and enjoyable?
ok- 00:01:435 (2) - and many-many-many similar sliders. - personally, I don't like the way how you place those sliders at all. It looks like you're trying to map every single beat you hear. Well.. 00:01:435 and 00:01:801 are quite beats (but you start/end slider on them) but 00:01:618 - is LOUD and easy-hearable beat (and all you have there is a slidertick!) That's why this slider flows/plays pretty awkward and may stress or confuse players If you want to keep your pattern this way, use custom slidertick (it should be a loud one). Otherwise sound here is weird.
Note: 00:04:362 (2) - 00:07:289 (2,5) - 00:16:069 (7) -00:18:996 (1) - same here
all fixed except at 00:16:069 because it follow guitar/bass sound that start from 00:15:621 to 00:16:718 (offset changed because mp3 fixed ;3- For the first part, your comboing looks quite inconsistent. So..I've made a box of new combos for you.
SPOILER
- 00:05:277 (1) - remove this one to keep comboing consistent.
- 00:11:130 (1) - ^
- 00:14:057 (1,6) - swap NCs. It'll make your patterns more consistent and it will help you to read that jump/regular spacing changes at 00:15:155 (5,6) -
- 00:16:984 (1,5) - swap NCs here for consistency.
- 00:18:996 (1) - remove this one, it'll become extra NC. i dont quite understand this part orz, but changed all owo
and we're done with combo-mods- 00:28:326 (3) - did you want to make a blanket slider here? I guess you might re-arrange those sliders this way because it looks much better. Just an opinion, tho
i want to make jump rather than blanket here orz- 00:34:545 (1) - I said that we're done with combo mods, but this NC is kinda off your pattern. Consider removing it to keep comboing ore cnsistent.
ok- 00:57:045 (2) - there's some drum sounds try to remove this slider and have some fun with rhythm? Personally, I'd try something like this here.
i'm following vocal here- 01:10:399 - consider placing an 1/2 slider here? I feel like there's some beats at 01:10:399 - and you should map it to keep consistent and playable rhythm. Or you can replace the whole part with a break, to be consistent with [Normal]
this is intentional (1,2,3) is following music while (4) is following vocal- 01:16:984 (3) - mehh, this slider seems to be totally off vocals and music. Try to map something mnore creative here. example
ok- 01:34:545 - same suggestion about kiai. Just try to keep it consistent in all diffs.
ok~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- 00:17:990 (4) - you can remove this circle from here, because it is the only 1/4 pattern in this part and it sounds a little weird. What's more it appear too suddenly and players may be confused.
this is insane diff so i think it wont too hard for players to read imo- 00:32:350 (6,7,8,9) - loong and calm vocals here, why can't you just plae a one long slider here? It will fit here much better, imo!
awared this, I want to follow "nobasu" vocal here that's why i decided to put circles rather than slider, removed 9 circle btw- 00:52:106 - consider placing a circle here. I feel like there's some kind of echo or quite beat. But it's better to map it. It will help you to keep consistent rhythm, after all!
Note: 00:55:033 - same here
good idea, added >_<- 00:58:508 (1,2) - this combo feels the way to short and looks a bit messy towards others combos in this diff.
change of song here, so i decided to make nc here. also next notes (1,2) the sv changed that's why i made nc there too- 01:22:838 - during kiai you use a lot of 1/4 patterns So, placing more NCs will be a good idea. Yea, box of NCs again
SPOILERall fixed
- 01:24:301 (5) - I've already mentioned that you need NCs to make patterns neater
- 01:27:228 (5) - ^
- 01:29:972 (4) - feel free to skip this one. But 'd recommend you to put it here at least for consistency!
- 01:32:899 (4) - ^ same
- 01:34:362 - same aboutmoving kiai or object. You should apply it for every diff.
fix
Nice mapset! Good luck!
Edit [1-6]: grammar and code mistakes were fixed.
Edit [7]: You're ganteng, too! @ 10nya

00:11:962 (3) - delete whsitle for consistence?
00:14:889 (3) - ^
00:27:328 (4) - add NC here
00:58:974 (4,5,6) - 1/2 slider wiht 1 repeat isn't better? applied all ^q^
01:25:865 (1) - same as Lunatic its purposed since I heard drum rather than soft finish hereHard
00:13:791 (1) - delete NC , 00:15:621 (7) - add NC
00:16:718 (1) - ^
00:20:011 (5,6,7) - this jump is too sudden for hard diff? ( oh and yea 00:23:669 (1,2,3) - this part has some jumps too but i think they are ok since fits well with rhythm and readable enough becuase of NC ) I heard music at 6,7's part thats why I decided to make jump at here
01:00:072 (3) - finish on end
01:09:218 (2) - ^( or whistle on end )
01:09:584 (3) - add finish on head added finish~
01:24:218 (4,6) - stacking them perfectly?
01:25:865 (1) - same as Lunatic mentioned at normal :3
all has been fixedLunatic
00:05:377 (1) - whistle on end
00:46:353 (3,4) - reverse rhythm? i want to follow vocal here orz
00:58:792 (2,3,4) - considering this is Lunatic diff, need some notes here for playable maybe like http://puu.sh/2I7wX.jpg this? somehow fixed
01:10:225 (6,7) - hmm i don't think this rhythm and pattern is fit well with song :/ try different? err somehow fixed
01:25:865 (1) - drum finish is purposed? then how about using just soft finish? feels nicer same reason as normal
01:30:621 (2) - finish or whistle feels nice changed to finish here
01:31:536 (1,2) - same as 00:58:792 (2,3,4) - here , reudce that slider to 1/1 and add a note on next white tick? great idea ok!
i like Touhou xDDD
Good luck for rank!!!
wow offset is wrong? i thought it was right lol ok thanks for the timing and Artist=w=Frostmourne wrote:
well, I once decided to map this song but I failed to map it because I had no ideas how to map it.
I first played throughout this map and it's quite good but I expect to see less triplet
Also the artist should be "FELT" , if you don't want your map to be popped like this case t/73878/start=130
however, with this current mp3, you need offset 952 (-35) the current offset is really late.
Not a mod, good luck

Why did you cut this song? It's a pity since it's beautiful, if I were you I'd map the full version.
Also, I don't really understand your SB "cr.png", these circles are just random, why don't you delete them and do something else? With your BG I'm sure you can do a lot of better things, for example why don't you make a firefly effect?
thanks for the staar and modding~ xDLunarSakuya wrote:

- hm...I do kinda agree the circles are a bit random xD If you can't do firefly atm, you could try making them more ripple-like (slow to fast opening like in http://osu.ppy.sh/s/25463 at the first note) i'll poke my friend to do it huehuhe xD
Normal
00:36:094 (1) - make a 1/2 slider http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/834717 (maybe even add a note before the current (2)); similar pattern like 00:26:582 (2) -
01:32:985 (3) - NC to begin this measure, delete NC on 01:34:082 (1) -
all done
Hard
00:06:826 (1) - the finish on the head sounds really soft compared to the bg music, wouldn't hurt to increase the finish volume here and at other similar parts done
00:08:838 (5,6,7,8) - i think you can make these symmetrical using the y-axis its intentional : \
00:20:912 (6) - NC (like 00:23:655 (1) - ) or bring these closer together to avoid rhythm confusion within the same combo reduced distance
01:04:265 (5,6,7,8,9) - hm you could Ctrl + j this whole pattern http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/834942 The (6) will have a better contrast & appearance with (4) imo whoop j-ed
01:33:716 (3,4,1) - Equalize the spacing, didn't really see a reason for the subtle spacing change in the last note whups fixd
Lunatic
00:04:448 (2) - try something like this? http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/834945 if you don't mind the distance change; it will stay consistent with your oval flow so far ok
00:16:521 (6,7,8) - Use this rhythm instead http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/834959 it matches the bgm better imo, especially where the stack is with the echo-ish sound lol lol ok
01:08:838 (5,6,7,8,9,10) - check the spacing of all notes in this stream and make sure they're equal; (6,7) looked a bit funny remapped this part
lovely map. i will place my star here for now <3 also pretty song! though sounds like it could be a bit longer lol
Good luck!
