If you want your map be ranked you need at least one Hard diff.
Turn "Display Epilepsy Warning" on
reduce the storyboard pictures size. the largest allowed size is 800 x 600, but since they are just flashings, you can reduce them to 640 x 480, which have just 1x scale to the storyboard field.
offset -> 20 imo

00:18:471 (1,1) - The spinners are obviously result of laziness. replace them with better ideas.
00:33:759 (2) - rotate like
00:39:817 - add a note, also to avoid the spacing inconsistency of 00:39:240 (1) -
00:45:009 (2) - rotate like
00:46:163 (1,2) - don't blanket well. make sure 2 is in the centre of 1.
00:49:048 - add a note to make it read better
00:50:778 (1,2) - same as 00:46:163 (1,2) -
01:02:894 - add a note
01:20:778 (1) - the overmapping is dumb imo. also it can be separated into 2 sliders.
01:27:124 - add a note?

01:46:162 (1,2) - finish, and if you like, whistle as previous ones do.

Increase AR to 8 (personally I find it much better to read)

00:29:577 (1,2,3,4) - and so on - The spacing inconsistency is very obvious. please turn grid snap off when placing them. I won't point all these problems out, please check it.
01:08:951 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - there is no point reducing the distance snap.
00:48:038 (1,2,3,4) - make it more symmetric.
02:55:104 - 02:55:248 - 02:55:393 - add notes
