how do i make changing slider speed

in aspire, 1 slider is changing speed (the slider ball goes fast and slow)
how do I make this

It works by using a lot of red anchor points which manipulates where the slider ball goes, people used to configure the .osu file in order to make these, but we have tools to help us do that now.

This pretty much demonstrates how it works I guess

you're stuffed, mate. there is no real alternative to mapping tools, but, in the ancient days, people did make accelerating / variable sliders by hand. unfortunately, it took alot more effort. here's professionalbox talking about how he made them in his aspire entry - https://youtu.be/wfzd4pYa6yc?t=2333
