I really don't know the specifics on how this works. I just don't want to be forced into borderless fullscreen when I have fullscreen checked when going into edit mode. When borderless fullscreen activates it overwrites my windowed presets which doesn't happen in regular full screen. I would like this to be resolved.

Looks like you don't know the difference between fullscreen and borderless windowed. Try this:

As those said, there is a difference.

Ah okay. This was a tech support issue, because it erased my windowed settings because I entered edit mode in fullscreen. You shouldn't be forced into borderless fullscreen. This is what I want, a way to go into the editor without affecting my windowed presets. That's my request.
