lobby will have up to 16 people including host, the host will not count as a player and is there to make sure things go smoothly.
Maps: maps will be chosen by going down the list(the host will not pick), the player will be able to pick a map from #pool and the map MUST use mods in categary it is under.
if there are more than 15 players there will be a qualifying round that works like the actual tournament but stops after there are only 15 players left(nobody in qualifying will win a prize but only move onto the main tournament)
