Layout

1. ICC3 is a 2v2, Double-Elimination Tournament
2. This is an Irish Only Tournament
3. There is a Combined BWS Rank Limit of 10,000
   Formula for BWS Ranking: rank^(0.9937^(badges^2))
4. Teams will not be counted as Registered if they do not join the Tournament Discord
5. Tournament Seeding will be based on Total Qualifier Score
6. Qualifier Round Layout
   
   1. Mappool: 3 Nomod, 2 Hidden, 2 Hardrock, 2 DoubleTime Maps
   2. Teams will join a Qualifier Lobby and play the WHOLE POOL AT LEAST ONCE
   3. 2 Pool Rotations: Teams are allowed to play the Qualifier Pool TWICE
   4. 2nd Rotation ISN'T MANDATORY
   5. Out of the 2 rotations, the best Score on a given Map will be the Final Score for said Map
7. Match Times will be in IST = Irish Summer Time/UTC+1
8. Mappools and Schedule will be released on the Monday of the Round's Week
9. A bracket reset will be played if needed for Grand Finals

Rules

1. Match Lobbies will be created by the referee 20 Mins before the start of the Match, and an Invite will be sent out 5 Mins before the start of the Match
2. The Referee will invite the Captains of the Teams Playing, if the Captain isn't online the other Teammate will receive the invite. The player receiving the invite is Responsible for inviting the other Player
3. Once the Lobby begins at the allocated time, Players have 15 Mins to show up to the lobby, failure to show up will result in a Forfeit
4. When both Teams are present in the Lobby, Captains will be asked to roll, the Winner of the roll chooses their Warmup (if desired)
5. Both Teams get One Warmup per Match
6. Warmups may not exceed 4 Mins in Length
7. Each Team has 2 Bans per Match and 1 Tiebreaker Ban
8. The same Modpool may not be banned Twice
9. The Loser of the Roll gets to Ban the Tiebreaker First after each Team finish their Bans
10. Each Team has 3 Mins to Ban a Map, if the Team is unable to ban a map in the allocated Time Period, the Team Loses their Ban
11. The same rule above applies to picks, Players may not pick a Map in the same Modpool in a row
12. Again, if a Team fails to pick a Map in 3 Mins, They Lose their Pick
13. On Freemod Picks, at least One Player needs to use One Mod
14. Allowed Mods on Freedom Picks are: HD, HR, FL and EZ; these Mods may be Combined and scores with EZ are multiplied by 2.0
15. On Tiebreakers, Mods are allowed but not required
16. Failed scores Count
17. If a Player on a Team disconnects the Map will be replayed if the Disconnection Happens in the first 30 secs of the Map, or else the Opposing will gain the Point
18. The same applies above if a VISIBLE Technical Problem Occurs to One or More Players in the Match
19. No Member of Staff may participate in the Tournament unless they are a Commentator, Streamer or Graphic Designer
20. A Team may reschedule their Match 4 Hours before the initial allocated Time of their Match
21. Visual Proof will be needed to Confirm the Reschedule
