Is there anywhere to request beatmaps?

Yo, didn't really know where to ask, but I keep finding out that a lot of really good songs don't have beatmaps here. Is there anywhere specific I can throw out suggestions, or is this one of those 'gotta do it yourself' situations?

no, sorry, you'll have to ask a friend or do it yourself. Mapping is really time consuming and most people will have an idea of what they want to map and don't really want or need suggestions. sometimes you might see someone ask for songs though, so look out for that I guess, doesn't happen very often though.

fyi, there used a thread about requesting songs but terminated due to lots of unfulfilled requests. so no.

There is no place for asking songs to be mapped. A lot of people want songs mapped but it takes effort and time to do so. Try mapping it yourself and see how it goes.
