uh so I'm working on a v(4) flower skin and i kinda want to release it but I didn't make HD elements and like half of them are elements stolen from the osu skin maker website, is it still alright to post?

The reason? Cuz your skin has stolen element, and this place disallows it. HD or not doesn't matter, as long as it's solely made by you, what you need is just some lil bit of improvement.
