I wanna change to hawku driver since I have issue while using my veikk s640 original driver but I have no idea how to use hawku driver.

I would recommend just trying to drag the tablet area to a size that looks similar to your old one and just mess with it until you find a tablet area that feels like your old one, it shouldn't be to hard to do if you pull up a screenshot of your old tablet area and put it next to your hawku driver while trying to match it. You could also put on force aspect ratio and lower/raise the width until you find something you like.

20320 --> Height
Max. Active Area:
152.4 --> Width
101.6 --> Height
So: 152.4mm = 30480
101.6mm = 20320
1mm (Height and Width) = 200 Veikk Values
Meaning: 16275 - 5770 (Your Width) = 52.525
9753 - 1788 (Your Height) = 39.825
Your active area is 52.525 x 39.825 mm

still pretty new at this myself, but I used the same formula for mine, and got the exact coords down. Hope this helps!

height = (bottom-top)/200
So your tablet area is:
width = (12500-6500)/200
= 30
height = (14850-9500)/200
= 26.75
