the mp3's bitrate is at 207. think you can reduce it to 192 for the purpose of ranking?
you should get rid of the version and shorten it to "Ver." i feel that the "version" is too long IMO.

i highly suggest that you add notes at the beginning for consistency with the other diffs. also i think adding notes here would give off a nice introduction to the diff during gameplay.
00:09:674 (1,2,3,4) - consider using this pattern because i feel that it'll flow a lot smoother, and it'll look fun for players during gameplay, also the introduction gives off a smooth feeling IMO.

00:33:563 (3) - i can see a possible blanket in this pattern, so how about moving this slider up and curving it so that it'd blanket the end of the previous slider? i think doing this flows smoother than the current one IMO. something like this works.
00:47:174 (3) - consider adding a whistle at the repeat and at the end of this slider for emphasis on the vocals. you did it at the beginning and at (4) so it should be consistent during gameplay.
00:54:397 - consider removing this break because i find it somewhat useless since the HP drain isn't that big.
01:35:230 (6) - maybe a straight slider? idk...for me the flow plays awkwardly during gameplay. i think a straight slider would keep it steady IMO.

02:47:452 (3) - 2 repeats on this slider? this slider would most likely catch players off guard during gameplay considering that (1) has 1 repeat, so they might think that this slider has 1 repeat and not 2. i highly suggest that you replace this for a slider with 1 repeat and a circle to keep the flow steady during gameplay, and it'd be easier for other players.
02:54:674 (1) - you can make a smoother slider than this, i just know it :D.
03:00:230 (4) - you're missing a clap at this note. add it for a consistent clap pattern during gameplay.
03:00:786 (5,6) - i feel that the transition feels awkward because of the direction (6) is going and the direction (5) exiting to get to (6). my best bet is that you can flip (6) for a smoother transition for (5), or make (6) a straight slider vertically to make the flow simple and straightforward for players during gameplay IMO.

AR6? i feel that it feels smoother with that kind of AR during gameplay.

00:01:619 (4) - consider adding a whistle here since it goes along with the guitar IMO. i feel that something is missing here, so i thought a whistle would fit here and IMO, it does.

Well just saying, it's using AR7 but not AR6 which caused the difference between AR/OAD becomes 2. That's why I suggested about increasing the OAD.
